Cedar House Publishers is an independent press established in 1999. Our emphasis is Christian books that address emotional and spiritual healing and personal growth. Our two most recent books, Dollbaby: Triumph Over Childhood Sexual Abuse by Linde Grace White and Outsmarting Depression: Surviving the Crossfire of the Mental Health Wars by award-winning author Debbie Thurman, are general trade books that also will appeal to Christian audiences. Thurman is also the author of Journaling From Depression To Wholeness: A 12-Week Program for Healing, and two devotional journals for teens, Hold My Heart: A Teen's Journal for Healing and Personal Growth, and Sheer Faith: A Teen's Journey to Godly Growth also published by Cedar House.

Cedar House also serves as a consulting and service company for new and prospective authors. Our services include manuscript evaluation, publisher recommendations, editorial services, assistance with promotion and marketing, advice on self-publishing and book packaging.
